Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Airmark Aviation ("Airmark," "we," "us") operates the Airmark Customer Portal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the portal.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated by your use of the portal:

  • Account information such as name, email address, and phone number when you register or are invited to the portal.
  • Aircraft and maintenance-related data such as registration, make and model, times, inspection requirements, compliance records, and maintenance status entered by you or Airmark staff.
  • Billing information processed by Stripe, including payment method details and transaction history. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage and technical data such as sign-in activity, device and browser information, and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.
  • ADS-B and related flight-tracking data when enabled for an aircraft, used to estimate times and support portal features.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the portal and related services.
  • Display aircraft status, inspection tracking, and maintenance information to authorized users.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, and other payments through Stripe.
  • Send transactional emails such as payment links, invoices, and inspection notifications.
  • Respond to support requests and protect the security and integrity of the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the portal:

  • Service providers such as Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (database) process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
  • Airmark staff and authorized administrators who manage aircraft records and customer accounts.
  • Other portal users only when necessary to show shared aircraft ownership or maintenance information you are authorized to view.
  • Legal or safety authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Data retention

We retain account and aircraft information while your account is active and as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deactivation by contacting us; some records may be retained as required for maintenance documentation, billing, or legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • Manage subscriptions and payment methods through the Stripe Customer Portal when billing is enabled.
  • Request access to or correction of personal information by emailing us.
  • Decline optional communications where applicable, though transactional service emails may still be sent.
